As part of the development of the Austin Health Ngarra Jarra Aboriginal employment strategy to increase and improve employment opportunities of Aboriginal people, we are very happy to advise that local Koori man - Mr Peter Firebrace has been successful in obtaining a position in the Food Services Department. Peter is very excited about this job and the prospects of a long term career with Austin Health. Peters appointment continues with the Ngarra Jarra Aboriginal program agenda to have Aboriginal representation across all occupations within Austin Health
